HOW TO RETRIEVE
THE FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN PCCHARGE:
- Open your PC Charge interface by double clicking
on the green dollar sign icon at the bottom right of your screen – At the top are icons that allow you to
perform different functions, and above the boxes are word functions i.e.
File, Transactions, Batch, Utilities, Setup, Help.
- Make sure you have your order (or ticket)
number, either from a credit card receipt of a POS Guest Check. This must be a SIX digit number. If it is less than six digits, add a
zero(s) at the beginning of the number.
- On your PC charge screen, looking at the large
icons across the top, left click once on the ‘reports’ icon – this is next
to the icon marked End-of-Day.
Enter information on this screen as follows:
Report

digit order number **

- The Credit Card Detail Report should now be displayed. On the far left of the report you will
see a column of numbers labeled:
” TROUT D # “- If
you did not use a Ticket #, all of the transactions for that
date will be displayed and you will need to find the order by looking
through the report.
When you have located the transaction, make a note of the TROUT-D number
and cancel out of this report and close your report screen.
You should be seeing the main PC Charge interface screen.
- At the very top of the interface, above the various
icons are the main menu functions.
Click on UTILITIES > RETRIEVE ACCOUNT NUMBER.
Enter the TROUT D number here and click OK. This will bring up the credit card
number and expiration date for that transaction. Write this information down as it cannot
be printed.
